Privacy Policy

The Noojin Group, LLC ("The Noojin Group," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing, advertising, and AI integration company based in Orange Beach, Alabama. This policy explains what information we collect through thenoojingroup.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to respond to you, schedule calls, and send the information you asked for, and we never sell it.

01Who we are

The Noojin Group, LLC is an Alabama limited liability company. This policy applies to thenoojingroup.com and its pages, including the Contact page and the Pixel Story Studio page. It does not apply to other websites we link to, which have their own policies.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form. When you use the form on our Contact page, we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, the type of help you're looking for, and your message.
• Call booking. When you book a call through the Google Calendar appointment page on our Contact page, Google collects the details you enter (such as your name and email address) and shares them with us so the call can be scheduled.
• Pixel Story Studio waitlist. When you join the waitlist on our Pixel Story Studio page, we receive the email address you enter.
• Calls and texts. If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our site (hosted by Squarespace) collects basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and your approximate location based on your IP address. See section 06 for more on cookies and analytics.

Please don't send us sensitive personal information, such as financial account numbers, passwords, or health details, through our forms.

03How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
• Schedule, confirm, and hold the calls you book.
• Send you the information you asked for, such as a proposal, follow-up details, or a Pixel Story Studio launch notice.
• Keep the website working, secure, and reliable, and understand in general terms how visitors use it.
• Meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

If you join the Pixel Story Studio waitlist, we'll use your email address to let you know about the launch. You can ask to be removed at any time (see section 08).

04What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your personal information with others for their own marketing or advertising.
• We do not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask to join.

05Service providers and third parties

We use a few trusted services to run the website. They receive only the information needed to do their job:

• Squarespace hosts our website, runs the Contact page form, and provides site analytics. Its handling of data is described in the Squarespace Privacy Policy.
• Google runs the appointment booking page embedded on our Contact page. Information you enter there is collected by Google and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) processes the Pixel Story Studio waitlist form and delivers each sign-up to us. See the FormSubmit privacy policy.

Social media. Our site links to our Instagram and Facebook pages. If you follow those links or interact with us there, Meta's own privacy policies apply, not this one.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it (for example, in response to a valid court order), to protect someone's safety or our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. If the business is ever transferred, this policy would continue to apply to your information.

06Cookies and analytics

Squarespace places standard cookies to make the site work (for example, to remember your settings and keep the site secure) and to provide basic analytics, such as visit counts and popular pages. We use Squarespace's built-in analytics and do not add separate advertising trackers. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings; the site will still work, though some features may behave differently. Squarespace describes its cookies in its cookie policy.

07How long we keep information

We keep inquiry, booking, and waitlist information only as long as it's useful to respond to you, work with you, or keep you updated on what you asked about, and as long as needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it. Squarespace, Google, and FormSubmit keep their own records under their own policies.

08Your choices and requests

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you, or give you a copy of it.
• Correct information that's wrong.
• Delete your information, or remove you from the Pixel Story Studio waitlist.

To make a request, use the form on our Contact page, or call or text 251-202-9712. We may need to confirm the request came from you before we act on it, and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, the law may give you additional privacy rights; we honor the requests above for everyone.

09Children's privacy

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10Keeping information safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limits, and reputable service providers. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
